1. Delivery Conditions

At IROX K9 Gear, we are committed to delivering your orders in the shortest time possible and in a secure manner.

  • •All our products are handmade-to-order. Production time varies depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume.
  • •Products are handed over to the shipping carrier once production is complete. Estimated production time will be communicated upon order confirmation.
  • •Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the carrier's operational processes. Average domestic delivery time is 2–5 business days.
  • •International shipments may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Additional delays may occur due to customs procedures.
  • •Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.
  • •Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

2. Delivery Issues

  • •IROX K9 Gear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs processes.
  • •If any damage is detected on the packaging upon delivery, a damage report must be filed in the presence of the courier and reported to us within 24 hours.
  • •Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery of orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

3. Return Conditions

In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance sales contracts within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • •Withdrawal Period: The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • •Custom-Made Products: Our products are custom-made to order. In accordance with Article 15(ç) of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
  • •Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects will be evaluated if reported within 7 (seven) days of delivery with photographs and a detailed description.
  • •Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • •Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for returns due to manufacturing defects.

4. Return Process

  • 1.Send your return request to info@iroxgear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • 2.Once your return request is approved, you may send the product back to us.
  • 3.The returned product will be inspected upon receipt, and if found eligible, a refund will be initiated.
  • 4.Refunds will be reflected in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • •Since our products are custom-made, size or color exchanges are not possible. It is essential that you provide accurate measurements and preferences before placing your order.
  • •In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery, the correct product will be reproduced and shipped free of charge.

1. Teslimat Koşulları

IROX K9 Gear olarak, siparişlerinizi en kısa sürede ve güvenli bir şekilde teslim etmeyi taahhüt ediyoruz.

  • •Tüm ürünlerimiz sipariş üzerine, el yapımı olarak üretilmektedir. Üretim süresi, ürünün karmaşıklığına ve mevcut sipariş yoğunluğuna bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilir.
  • •Ürünleriniz, üretim tamamlandıktan sonra kargo firmasına teslim edilir. Tahmini üretim süresi sipariş onayı sırasında bildirilecektir.
  • •Kargo teslimat süreleri, teslimat adresine ve kargo firmasının operasyonel süreçlerine bağlı olarak değişkenlik gösterebilir. Yurt içi gönderilerde ortalama teslimat süresi 2-5 iş günüdür.
  • •Yurt dışı gönderilerde teslimat süresi varış ülkesine göre 7-21 iş günü arasında değişebilir. Gümrük işlemleri nedeniyle ek gecikmeler yaşanabilir.
  • •Kargo ücreti, teslimat adresine göre hesaplanır ve sipariş onayı sırasında müşteriye bildirilir.
  • •Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, takip numarası e-posta yoluyla tarafınıza iletilecektir.

2. Teslimat Sorunları

  • •Kargo firmasından kaynaklanan gecikmeler, hava koşulları veya gümrük süreçleri nedeniyle oluşabilecek aksaklıklardan IROX K9 Gear sorumlu tutulamaz.
  • •Teslim alınan ürünlerin ambalajında herhangi bir hasar tespit edilmesi durumunda, kargo görevlisi huzurunda tutanak tutulması ve en geç 24 saat içinde tarafımıza bildirilmesi gerekmektedir.
  • •Yanlış veya eksik adres bilgisi nedeniyle teslim edilemeyen siparişlerin tekrar gönderimi için ek kargo ücreti talep edilebilir.

3. İade Koşulları

6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereğince, tüketici mesafeli satış sözleşmelerinde 14 (on dört) gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir.

  • •Cayma Hakkı Süresi: Ürünün teslim alındığı tarihten itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içinde cayma hakkı kullanılabilir.
  • •Özel Üretim Ürünler: Ürünlerimiz kişiye özel, sipariş üzerine üretilmektedir. 6502 Sayılı Kanun'un 15. maddesi (ç) bendi gereğince, tüketicinin istekleri veya kişisel ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda hazırlanan mallarda cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.
  • •Üretim Hatası: Üretim hatası bulunan ürünler, teslim tarihinden itibaren 7 (yedi) gün içinde fotoğraf ve detaylı açıklama ile tarafımıza bildirilmesi halinde değerlendirmeye alınacaktır.
  • •İade edilecek ürünlerin kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış ve orijinal durumunda olması gerekmektedir.
  • •İade kargo ücreti, üretim hatasından kaynaklanan iadeler hariç olmak üzere alıcıya aittir.

4. İade Süreci

  • 1.İade talebinizi info@iroxgear.com adresine, sipariş numaranız ve iade nedeninizi belirterek e-posta ile iletiniz.
  • 2.İade talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra, ürünü tarafımıza geri gönderebilirsiniz.
  • 3.İade edilen ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra kontrol edilecek ve uygun bulunması halinde ödeme iadesi başlatılacaktır.
  • 4.İade ödemeleri, ödeme yöntemine bağlı olarak 7-14 iş günü içinde hesabınıza yansıyacaktır.

5. Değişim

  • •Ürünlerimiz kişiye özel üretildiğinden, beden veya renk değişimi mümkün değildir. Sipariş vermeden önce ölçülerinizi ve tercihlerinizi doğru şekilde belirtmeniz büyük önem taşımaktadır.
  • •Üretim hatası veya yanlış ürün gönderimi durumunda, doğru ürün ücretsiz olarak yeniden üretilip gönderilecektir.
